Hello, beautiful! My name is Lauren, and I am a level 1 hair expert at the W Salon. My passion is working with my clients to achieve their healthy, vibrant hair dreams, making them feel and look beautiful. 
I received my education from the Aveda Institute of art and science in Washington, DC, and graduated in March 2020. I actively pursue classes to further my education so my skills stay current and fresh. I have been working for the ROY/W Family since July 2020, and have been blessed to grow so much with these beautiful ladies. 
I love being a hairstylist. Being someone who can help people feel more confident in their own skin, whether it be with a fresh cut or a funky color, brings so much joy to my life. I also love educating my clients on how to maintain their look, tips and tricks for styling at home, and how to always look their best. I didn’t always know this was the career for me, but once I found it, there was no looking back. The art of designing hair that utilizes math and chemistry to produce best the beat results…it taps into all of my nerd areas. 
In my free time, I like hanging out with friends and family, baking, cooking, and reading. I love dogs, especially my little mutt Molly, and love hearing about all the shenanigans pets can get into.
